Excellent service- I actually contacted another appraiser before this one that someone recommended, however, they never came through even after calling them 2 times. I saw the great reviews for this appraisal company and within a few hours they called me and I had my appraisal done that week- I am still waiting on the other company to call me- I will not need them- I would highly recommend this company- Very efficient, professional, non -bias and fast service.
